This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules governing the use of the FireVault Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to:

• Manage fire safety compliance records
• Store and organise compliance documents
• Schedule and track inspections and actions
• Communicate with team members and assessors
• Generate compliance reports

3. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, disable, or compromise the Platform's security
• Share account credentials with unauthorised individuals
• Use the Platform to store data unrelated to fire safety compliance
• Attempt to access data belonging to other Customers without authorisation
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. Account Security

Users agree to:

• Protect their login details and not share them with unauthorised individuals
• Use a strong, unique password
• Not share accounts between users
• Report suspected security breaches to FireVault immediately
• Log out of the Platform when not in use
• Keep their contact information up to date

5. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for all content they upload to the Platform, including:

• Documents and photographs
• Inspection records and assessment data
• Notes and comments

FireVault may:

• Remove illegal content upon becoming aware of it
• Suspend accounts that are being abused
• Investigate suspected misuse of the Platform
• Report illegal activity to relevant authorities

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning notices
• Temporary or permanent suspension of access
• Termination of the subscription
• Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate
