FireVault may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist Users with certain tasks. This policy explains how AI is used and its limitations.

2. How AI May Assist

AI tools in the Platform may assist with:

• Organisation of data and records
• Drafting of text and summaries
• Administrative tasks
• Content suggestions
• Data analysis and insights

3. Human Review Required

All AI outputs require human review before being relied upon.

Users must:

• Review AI-generated content for accuracy and completeness
• Verify AI outputs against source data and real-world conditions
• Exercise their own professional judgement before acting on AI outputs
• Not rely on AI outputs without independent verification

4. AI Does Not Replace Professional Judgement

AI tools do not replace:

• The professional judgement of competent persons
• The expertise of qualified fire risk assessors
• Independent verification of compliance
• Legal or regulatory advice

5. Data Processing

AI features may process User data to generate outputs. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We do not use Customer Compliance Data to train AI models.

6. Accuracy and Reliability

• AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI outputs may not account for all relevant circumstances
• AI outputs should not be treated as authoritative or definitive
• FireVault is not liable for decisions made based on unreviewed AI outputs

7. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• Deciding whether to use or discard AI outputs
• Ensuring AI-generated content meets their requirements before relying on it
• Any consequences of acting on AI outputs without proper review

8. Limitation of Liability

FireVault is not liable for:

• The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Decisions made based on AI outputs without human review
• Any consequences arising from reliance on AI outputs
