Clarifies that FireVault introduces customers to insurance partners and does not provide insurance advice.

1. Purpose

This disclaimer applies to the FireVault Insurance Marketplace feature, which may introduce Users to third-party insurance providers and brokers.

2. Referral Service Only

FireVault:

  • Introduces customers to third-party insurance providers and brokers
  • Acts as a referral service only
  • Does not provide insurance advice
  • Does not recommend or endorse any specific insurance product
  • Does not guarantee acceptance of any insurance application
  • Does not determine the suitability of any insurance product for any User

3. No Insurance Advice

FireVault is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide insurance advice. Any insurance-related queries should be directed to the relevant insurance partner, who is authorised to provide such advice.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Assessing the suitability of any insurance product
  • Providing accurate information to insurance partners
  • Reviewing policy terms before purchase
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage

5. No Guarantee

FireVault does not guarantee:

  • That any insurance partner will accept a referral
  • That any quote will be provided
  • The terms, pricing, or coverage of any insurance policy
  • The quality or suitability of any insurance product

6. Commission Disclosure

FireVault may receive commission or referral fees from insurance partners. This does not affect the price paid by the User and does not constitute a recommendation.

7. Complaints

Complaints about insurance products or services should be directed to the relevant insurance partner. Complaints about the FireVault referral service should be directed to FireVault via our Complaints Procedure.

8. Limitation of Liability

FireVault is not liable for:

  • The actions or omissions of insurance partners
  • The terms, coverage, or validity of any insurance policy
  • Any decision by an insurance partner to decline, modify, or cancel a policy
