Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

FireVault offers subscription plans for businesses and fire risk assessors. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Plans may be billed monthly or annually in GBP (£).

2. Free Trial

• A 14-day free trial is available for eligible plans
• No credit card is required to start a trial
• Trial access is limited to the features of the selected plan
• Trials expire automatically after 14 days unless a subscription is purchased

3. Billing

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance each month
• Annual subscriptions are billed in advance each year and include a two-month discount
• Payment is processed via Stripe at the point of subscription
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are unaffected until renewal

4. Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the applicable fee on the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing section of the Platform
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period
• No further charges are made after cancellation

6. Payment Failures

• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge
• If payment remains unsuccessful after retries, your subscription may be suspended
• We will notify you by email before any suspension takes effect
• You may update your payment method at any time in the Billing section

7. Account Restrictions

If a subscription is suspended due to payment failure:

• Access to the Platform may be restricted to read-only
• Compliance Data remains accessible for export
• Full access is restored upon successful payment

8. Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable; you retain access until the end of the billing period
• Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase, provided the Service has not been materially used
• Refund requests should be sent to info@fire-vault.co.uk
• Refunds for reasons beyond our control are at our discretion

9. Plan Changes

• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• Upgrades take effect immediately; a pro-rata charge applies for the remainder of the billing period
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

10. Taxes

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT is added at the prevailing rate for UK customers.
